WaterRat Music Studios - Terms & Conditions

1. Payment to be made in full at the beginning of each session. (Most credit & debit cards accepted)
2. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a charge equal to the FULL session price.
3. All facilities provided are used entirely at clients own risk.
4. WaterRat Studios accept no liability for any loss or damage, however caused, to any property brought onto the premises.
5. Although every effort will be made to provide the facilities listed. WaterRat Studios reserve the right to change their specification without notice.
6. WaterRat Studios reserve the right to refuse clients permission to use their own equipment if it is considered dangerous or that it might damage the studio facilities.
7. Clients are expected to take reasonable care of all facilities provided and only use them for  their intended purpose. A charge may be levied for any damage caused through misuse or neglect.
8. WaterRat Studios reserve the right to terminate a booking at any time without refund, if the client is in breach of any of the above conditions or for any other reason.
